Before enjoying your product, here is a list of things you may want to know:

The following guidelines and boundaries go for both NSFW and SFW versions of my models. PC & Quest included.

By accepting the terms before purchase you agree to the following guidelines and Terms of Use below.

Any violations of any of these will result in ban, blacklist, credit revokes, etc. Unless stated otherwise.

𓏲𝄢 Age Restrictions & Requirements

You must be 18 or older to purchase ANY NSFW packages. Having someone who is 18 gifts you an NSFW product will result in both of you losing your rights to the model and a ban, and blacklist.

𓏲𝄢 Discord Bans & Blacklist

If for any reason you are banned or blacklisted from my server you are not allowed to purchase, access, or use my models in any way. Attempts to bypass will result in a permanent blacklist.

𓏲𝄢Personal Use License

The credits you have purchased cannot be transferred to someone else. The credits/files are for personal use only. You are now allowed to file-share, trade files, upload them if you do not own them yourself, or allow anyone who isn’t you to access the files.

𓏲𝄢 Edit Permission

You are allowed to make edits of the model but it must remain recognizable to the original. You cannot strip assets off of the model in Blender for personal use. If you break the model it is not my responsibility to fix it as you must have Unity and Blender knowledge before making edits. You cannot commission someone to make the edits for you unless they also own their own copy of the model.

𓏲𝄢 Account & File Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your purchased files and VRChat account secure and safe. Allowing others to access the files by giving them the files or allowing them access to the project, including friends, uploaders who are not from my server, or helpers who are not from my server is counted as file sharing is not allowed.

𓏲𝄢 Correct Information

All information placed at checkout including gifts must be correct. Knowingly providing any false or misleading info will result in loss of access to the model and any purchased products without refund.

𓏲𝄢 Proper Credit

When using this model for public content including streaming (via Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.), using for social media posts, skits, or videos, including adult content, proper credit to me is required!

𓏲𝄢 No Copying or Base Use

Inspiration is permitted, you may not copy, recreate, or make identical versions of my models. My models may not be used as a base template for other models whether it's personal or commercial.

𓏲𝄢 No Leaking

File-sharing, leaking, ripping, trading, or uploading my models or their files anywhere including VRModels, RipperStore, WorkUpload (used for file sharing) or any similar websites. Any violations will result in you being banned from both shop and server, blacklisted, and revoked credits WITHOUT refunds and a DMCA take down.

𓏲𝄢 Public Uploads & Clone Restrictions

My models cannot be uploaded as public, fallback, or placed in ANY cloneable worlds such as Prismics and other similar worlds; My models are for private use only.

𓏲𝄢 Asset Extractions Prohibited

You may not extract or reuse any assets such as textures, meshes, blendshapes, materials, or shaders for other projects or models. You may not extract personal use assets such as assets I get personally commissioned for my models. I will credit the person who made it but reuse is NOT allowed.

𓏲𝄢 Support & Uploads

Support is available 24/7 but please understand we do have lives and will get to you as soon as we can! Uploads are free in my Discord server. Although my Uploaders have the right to charge a minimum of $5 per avatar upload if there is more than one. The reason is that my packages take a very long time to load if they haven’t already uploaded that model previously.

𓏲𝄢 No Reselling or Redistribution

Reselling, redistributing, price-splitting, or monetizing my models, assets, or textures whether or not they are the original or edited is not allowed under any circumstances.

𓏲𝄢 Commissions

You cannot resell, redistribute, or claim the model as your own. Commissions have a 2 week window to be edited, fixed, etc. before I delete the files off of my laptop.

𓏲𝄢 AI & Datasets

My models or any products are not allowed to be uploaded into or used to train any AI tools, datasets, or anything similar.

𓏲𝄢 Chargeback & Refund Policy

False or abusive chargebacks will result in immediate loss of access to any and all products and a permanent ban. Please contact support found in the Discord server before opening a dispute. All models are non-refundable after purchase.

𓏲𝄢 Commercial Use

Commercial use of any of my models is not allowed unless you have explicit written permission from me and this includes monetized content, promotions, or merchandise.

𓏲𝄢 Edited File Distribution

Any edited model of mine even if it is heavily edited may not be shared, uploaded, resold, or distributed. All edits made remain covered under this TOS.

𓏲𝄢 Inappropriate & Prohibited Behavior

My models may not be used for any harassment, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, or malicious behavior. I reserve the right to revoke access if my work is used in harmful ways.

𓏲𝄢 Extended Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable as stated above. Refunds will not be issued due to user error, hardware limitations (Example: An item, physbone setting, clothing, etc. on PC was not found on Quest due to a 10 MB limit.), Unity or shader issues, or VRChat updates. Please contact support if you experience any problems with my models.

These terms may be updated or edited at any time. Continued use of my products means you accept the most current version of my TOS.
